Ordering a new company

To order a company, you will need to have the following information ready:

• Company name and address (Manchester, London)
• (Shadow) director details
• Share capital and (shadow) shareholder details

If incorporating local branch

Many organisations want to expand outside the UK but for many reasons may not want to establish an incorporated entity there. Instead they may wish to register a branch.

If a company opens an overseas branch then it is required to register its branch with the Registrar of Companies. At that point, an overseas company must deliver a certified copy of the company’s constitutional documents to the Registrar. We provide you with all necessary documents regardless of country you choose for your branch.
